On request, we reimburse errors in the payment process (error in pricing, in the type of subscription, etc.). We reserve the right to credit only the difference of the error made.
If the number received does not match the one ordered, we ship the correct number without requiring a return.
We reship any issue that hasn’t been received within 60 days of the issue’s launch date. We reship a new issue if the one received has been damaged in delivery.
