The exhibition Poids, plumes marks a return to the gallery for Sara A. Tremblay after a number of years away. Her great sensitivity and pointed sense of observation are still evident in these works, which display the themes dearest to her: the intimate experience of nature, the poetry of places, her relationship with the land, the love of collecting, and more.

As we enter the large, light-filled space in Galerie B-312, we are struck by the sense of softness and serenity that emanates from the profusion of images in various formats, in colour and black and white, covering the main wall. Our gaze bounces from piece to piece, weaves links among them, builds stories. We lean in to read the details, step away for an overall view.
